If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, this DalTile product fails due to defect in material or workmanship, DalTile will repair or replace it, free of charge when the unit is returned to the dealer where it was purchased. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR, DAMAGE RESULTING FROM OPERATOR ABUSE or any damage that results from accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. DalTile's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair and/or replacement of the product.
