Diamond Blades improperly used are dangerous. For your safety comply with current ANSI Standard B7.1 and the OSHA regulations covering Speed, Safety Guards, Flanges, Mounting Procedures, General Operating Rules for Handling, Storage, Inspection and Machine Conditions.

DANGER: The use of this product can cause the exposure to a chemical or chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.

DANGER: Sawing with a diamond blade will generate airborne particles that may cause irritation to the respiratory tract, eyes and skin. Always comply with national safety standards and wear goggles/glasses and an approved full-face mask to guard against inhalation of airborne particles. These dust controls, protection and safety features should be approved and in accordance with OSHA (29 CFR Part 1910.1200).

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

  1. Diamond Blade should be inspected daily for proper alignment, core crack, excessive wear and or arbor damage. Replace blade immediately if signs of damage is noticed.
  2. Follow Mounting Instructions carefully. To mount Diamond Blade, clean arbor and flanges, inspect for damage, fit blade onto arbor shaft between inner and outer flanges and finally tighten nut securely.
  3. Always read the Operators Manual for instructions on proper operation before using blade and machinery.
  4. Do not touch or place any part of your body in line or directly in contact with a rotating blade.
