DalTile (DalTool) Limited Warranty

DalTile warrants all products against defects in materials & workmanship for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase covered by this warranty.

If the product is determined defective, DalTile will repair or replace the product, at its option, at no charge to the customer. All replacement parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. All defective products or components replaced under this warranty will become property of DalTile. Parts and labor needed to maintain products and the replacement of components due to normal wear & tear are the purchasers' responsibility and are not covered under this warranty.

The above said warranty will not apply to any parts that have been subjected to improper service or misuse, that had been damaged in transit or handling or that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives. The warranty does not cover defects caused by or resulting from abuse neglect, misuse or damage caused by accident or failure to provide reasonable maintenance. The warranty is also void if the product or any components of the machinery has been altered or modified in a manner or with a blade not recommended by the manufacturer.

Any claim under this warranty will need to be submitted by the original purchaser. The claim has to be within the warranty period and the original purchaser will need to show proof of purchase.

If a warranty issue arises, the machine will need to be brought back to the DalTile center where it was purchased and then a determination will be made as to where and what will be repaired.

You have Legal Rights under this Warranty. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Except for these rights, the remedies provided under the warranty state the limit of Daltile's responsibilities

IN NO EVENT SHALL DALTILE CORPORATION BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE FAILURE OF ANY PRODUCT IF OPERATED IMPROPERLY. SELECTED COMPONENTS SUCH AS
MOTORS/ENGINES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE MANUFACTURER’S OWN IMPLIED WARRANTY.

DALTILE MAY ACT AS A WARRANTY STATION FOR MOTOR/ENGINE REPAIRS BASED ON AN INDIVIDUAL
AGREEMENT WITH THE MANUFACTURER. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
